Project Kathrine

Project Kathrine is a beautifully designed raised deck and outdoor living retreat that creates two distinct yet connected spaces — one for dining above, and one for entertaining below.

The upper deck features a rich, dark brown composite surface paired with Regal Ideas glass railings, allowing uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. Below, the fully finished space includes a detailed ceiling with pot lights and a fan, creating a comfortable, sheltered area for gatherings in any weather.

This backyard is loaded with features — a swim spa, outdoor fireplace, and custom landscaping that ties the entire space together. The result is a seamless transition from indoor living to an outdoor experience that’s both elegant and functional.
