Project Crystal is a showcase of craftsmanship, design, and longevity — a fully realized outdoor living space that blends performance and beauty in equal measure. The property features two distinct decks: a smaller, functional garage deck, and a sprawling main deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
The upper level offers an intimate dining and lounge area with unobstructed views of the water, while the lower level transitions into a cozy, screened-in living area — complete with a fireplace, TV, and soft evening lighting for year-round enjoyment.
Every element was built to stand the test of time. The substructure features Owens Corning composite framing, eliminating the risk of rot or insect damage. The surface is finished with TimberTech Azek Vintage PVC decking, chosen for its unmatched performance, texture, and refined look. To preserve the water views, we used Regal Ideas Crystal Railings, and the entire space comes alive at night with a full In-Lite outdoor lighting system.
